How to Make Money with Native Ads Platforms ?

 Native Ads Platforms

If we talk about Native Ads platforms ,first want know what is advertising .Many small businesses don’t get success they want from advertising due to availability of very little resources. The results are simply flat due to lack of good ideas for improvements. Whether the ads are put in a local newspaper or are printed in the famous periodical or posted on a website, the money invested should gain the desired outcome. There are some common mistakes small businesses and professional service providers do when designing and posting the advertisement, which leads to the failure of the advertisement.

Bigger is better is believed in by many. That’s exactly what some of the small firms think when they want to advertise their product. They think bigger and select a medium where they need to invest a lot of money, but do not reach the targeted market. Like if a company specializes in designing diet plans and want to help out people who had disappointing results from their individual diet plans, and the company chooses to advertise a full page in the local paper instead of running advertisement in a health magazine, obviously not many of the dieters will notice the advertisement and the advertisement doesn’t get the desired attention.

Today I will share an affiliate marketing case study showing you how I made $25 in only 24 hours! Basically, I did this by promoting an affiliate product with native ads.

Keep on reading to find out what native ads are and what they consist of. From the network to the campaign, the ad, and the product, copying my methods will allow you to start making money online!

Concept Behind This Campaign

I would like to explain the main idea behind the campaign.

The easiest way to make money online is by promoting a product that belongs to someone else. This means that you don’t need to create a product or outsource or pay for it. The product is ready, and all you need to do is promote it.

Promote the product, and you will earn a commission; it’s that simple! That is called affiliate marketing, and it is the fastest way to make money online.

Structure of the Case Study

The case study is composed of these three simple steps:

 Native Ads Platforms
  • Choose an affiliate product that pays per lead.
  • Promote the product.
  • Create the Ad campaign.
  • We will now go over each step one by one.

1.Choose an Affiliate Product

First of all, you need to choose an affiliate product that pays you per lead and not per sale. When someone signs up to your product that pays per lead using your affiliate link, you will get paid.

Remember, people don’t have to buy or pay for anything for you to earn money.

The Product

SendinBlue  because it is one of the best products I found. After all, you get paid for signing up new customers every month! This means that whenever someone signs up to SendinBlue for free using your link, you get paid 5 euros, equivalent to 6 or 7 dollars.

 Native Ads Platforms

This is a great option to start with because if customers choose to get a paid subscription down the line, you would earn a recurring commission or $100 per account, but whether they pay or not, you still get a commission! You can use SendinBlue or other services that you can find with a simple Google search.

Advertising the Product on a Blog

To look more professional while promoting, I chose to create an article to advertise my affiliate product.

To make the campaign more powerful, I promoted SendinBlue  with another product in the same article on my Blog , that other product beingGetResponse.

GetResponse is an affiliate program that pays 33% commission on each paying customer or $100 per customer. You can choose whichever program you prefer.

GetResponse affiliate programs

You can find the article comparing the 2 products here.

If you look at the article, you will find that it contains many affiliate links for both products. Not only am I providing value to readers by comparing the products and helping them decide, but I am also promoting both products within the article.

Anyway, the person reading the article is likely looking to buy one of the products, but you still get paid no matter what they choose, making the conversion rate very high.

2: Promote the product

Now that you have your affiliate product, you just need to promote it. To promote your product, you have two options:

  • Get traffic to the product for free.
  • Promote your product with paid ads using Native Ads.

In this particular case study, we will use the second method to promote the product faster and more efficiently.

Just as a side note, Facebook ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, and Quora ads are good choices, but I will use native ads, as I mentioned.

What are Native Ads?

What native ads are. To use a random visual example, take a look at CNN.com; if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will find the paid content section.

 Native Ads Platforms

This section is for paid ads or native ads. As you can see, the paid content section is recommended by Outbrain, a native ad network.

The special thing about native ads is that they look like a normal post; the shape and design of native ads are chosen to avoid interfering with the website’s look and design.

Creating a Native Ad

To create your own native ad, you need to choose a native ad network and then promote the affiliate product. Some examples of native ad networks to choose from are:

  • Outbrain
  • mgid.com
  • Revcontent

I chose mgid.com. I recommend you choose mgid since this case study aims to have readers copy my methods and get similar results, but you can select one of the aforementioned networks if you’d like or do some research and pick out a network that best suits you.

Now that you understand what native ads are and you’ve chosen which advertising network you want to use, it is time to discuss promoting the product, choosing the budget, and the revenue.

How I created my Native Ad

For simplicity, let’s assume, like me, you chose mgid to promote your product. After signing up and creating an account (click on “For Advertisers”), log into your dashboard, you need to add some funds.

You will need to add a minimum of $100 to start. After I added $100 to test it, I only spent $50 for my blog post, and I got 900 visits total. I originally had around 100 clicks on the article, so I gained 800 visits from this ad alone!

Regarding the revenue, on SendinBlue, I earned 95 euros, which is equivalent to around $76. So I paid $50 for the ad and earned almost $75, which means I made $25 in profit in one day! All these conversions were from sign-ups alone. If any of these sign-ups turn into paying customers, I will earn $100!

 Native Ads Platforms

On GetResponse, I made 1 new sale and gained 9 more free sign-ups, totalling 2 sales and 36 signups. Now, if any of the 36 customers that have signed up for free choose to pay for GetResponse in the future, I will earn money!

but let’s say I earned zero profit from the ad campaign, I still got 800 new visits to my website! So this way I promoted my blog and got hundreds of new visitors which in itself is very beneficial.

3: Create the Ad campaign

The last step is actually creating the ad campaign on mgid.com, luckily creating the ad campaign is very simple and straightforward.

After logging into the account you created, you just need to click on “ad campaign” and enter a name (Test Camp) for the campaign.

 Native Ads Platforms

Then choose the type of promotion which in this case I chose content promotion.

After that, choose the category (Technology and Computing), language (English), targeting region (India), and Targeting OS (Desktop OS).

By the way, the reason I chose “Desktop” for the Targeting OS is that people usually don’t sign up for a marketing application on their mobile phones. So by targeting people using their desktops, there will likely be higher conversion rates. Finally, click on confirm and create the ad!

 Native Ads Platforms

The CPC ended up being 5.7 cents per click, which is an excellent rate.

When someone sees my ad and clicks on “more,” they will be redirected to my blog, read the article, click on my affiliate links, sign up to either SendinBlue or GetResponse, and I will earn a commission.

 Native Ads Platforms

So there you have it, this is exactly what I did to make a $25 profit with affiliate marketing using native ads! You can do it too if you follow the exact same method.

Once you implement this strategy, make sure to share your results in the comments, I would love to hear about your experience. If you would like more free content about digital marketing and making money online, or you can find me on social media like on Facebook or Instagram.

Don’t forget your feedback.
